Stereo MD1 to 32X Link Cable
I'd fully modded my Mega Drive and 32x, but of course couldn't use my MD1 Stereo RGB lead anymore. So instead I decided to make a Stereo MD1 to 32X link lead. It's very easy, the most difficult part is finding the correct connectors, the MD1 uses an 8 pin din in a U shape, the 32x uses 9 pin mini din, I usually get mine by doing some careful searching on eBay.
After carefully testing with a continuity meter and a standard MD1 to 32x link cable, I mapped out the following table
